4th of July in Gunnison

Aubrey and Trent and Brandi and Seth their children came on the 3rd and 4th
with Ashlee and Connie to spend a fun packed 24 hours.

We had the Gunnison Dinner, Auction, and Program, which featured a moto-cross show showing their skills at high jumps and skills in riding.

All the little kids were right there watching and waving to the moto cross riders. This really impressed each of them, something they really enjoyed.

Merrill Osmond and his daughter sang and had people come up and dance and they judged

them with the audience doing the judging, which was won by a guy by the name of Grandpa. Out of the girls dancing was Grandpa's daughter and she was the one that won.

All the grandchildren were right up there in front of the stage, and Merril had Britney sing into the microphone. Brandi, Sabrina, and his daughter got Merrill and his daughters autographs. Then the fireworks started with the Osmonds providing beautiful music that was so fitting for the fourth. It was after 11:00 when we got home.

Trent put up four tents on our back lawn and most of the kids slept in them, and everyone else slept in the house on the floor and whatever beds we had, making it a total of 19 at our house.

The fourth was started with a breakfast at Grandma's, then a Parade where the kids picked up everything from bottled milk from the Dairy to T shirts from the RV Shops, to lots of Candy etc.

Everyone came away happy.

Then it was a Carnival on the park lawn until they came back to Grandma's for a lunch of

hamburgers and hot dogs, and taking pictures of everyone so they could remember the day

and all the fun we had and all the visiting.

It was a fun day, and one we can remember for years to come.
